TECHNOLOGY

(i) Technology Use

The Landlord will provide certain technological and electrical devices as outlined in section (ii) of this clause, which may be used by the Tenant at their own will, and for which the Tenant assumes full responsibility for the use of said devices within the Premises and via the provided WiFi network only. The Tenant shall not remove, modify or update any technological and electrical device on the Premises without prior written consent from the Landlord.

(ii) Technology Devices

The Smart TVs provided on the Premises have Airplay and Chromecast capability and may be used by the Tenant for personal use without modification to any settings. If the Tenant signs into their own personal streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc) then the Tenant is responsible for signing out at the end of the lease. Alexa smart speakers with Bluetooth capability may be used for streaming music, viewing the Ring Doorbell video feed and/or for other general use. The Tenant shall not make any purchases, use any paid services, nor add/remove an account on the Alexa smart speakers. Should the Tenant wish not to use the Alexa smart speakers, it can be disabled by pressing the mute button. The Smart Home Alarm System and all related sensors, controllers and devices shall not be removed, covered, made inoperable or modified in any way. All electrical components (switches, light bulbs, etc) are custom property of the Premises and shall not be changed or removed without written consent from the Landlord. The Tenant may not modify the WiFi network nor add/remove any wiring without prior consent from the Landlord.
